Embark on an exciting exploration of Kos, the island of Hippocrates, the father of medicine, with an exclusive safari tour for up to six people per vehicle. A comfortable premium off-road vehicle will take you through unexplored paths, revealing the hidden treasures of the island.
Everything starts with a pick-up directly from your hotel, heading towards Profiti Elias to visit the revered chapel and admire the magnificent panorama that spans the Aegean Sea. After a break, the journey continues on unpaved roads into the unknown Kos. You will pass through pine forests and areas restricted to the public (but accessible to us with special permits), visiting many extraordinary places in constant contact with Mother Nature, amidst wild and dense vegetation, to reach Turtle Lake, a hidden gem of surreal tranquility. From here, you will have a magnificent view of the opposite side of the island that no one can see unless they have a boat, leaving you literally speechless. A moment of absolute relaxation to gather your thoughts and clear your mind.
The journey then continues on an off-road path to the Church of Oasis Melou, which houses a sumptuous tapestry representing the culture of Kos and a significant historical and spiritual meeting of the island. After the stop, you will head to the village of Chaihoutes with its mysterious air and charm that outlines local authenticity. A walk among ancient ruins and native vegetation with its colors and scents. You will then depart to reach the beautiful village of Zia for a pleasant lunch with a stunning panoramic view. Zia is famous for being one of the best spots to enjoy a sunset, but even during the day, it has its charm.
After enjoying culinary delights, you will head to Salt Lake, a natural saltwater lake by the sea that hosts various bird species and a small colony of flamingos. The natural environment and biodiversity of this place are almost overwhelming, its origins remain unaltered, and Mother Nature still reigns supreme.
The day then comes to an end, and you return to your hotel with a different vision of Kos and an awareness of how beautiful this island is and how important it is to respect and care for it.
